Wiley Acquires Whatsonwhen, Online Travel Content and Services Provider

John Wiley & Sons Ltd., the European company of global publisher John Wiley & Sons, Inc. (NYSE:JWa) (NYSE:JWb), announced today that it has acquired Whatsonwhen Ltd., a U.K.-based provider of travel-related online content, technology, and services.
